I’m the Owner, Creative Director, and Lead Wedding Coordinator behind Events by Madeleine. I live in the suburbs of St. Louis and if we ran into one another, I would likely have a Diet Pepsi in-hand while listening to a true crime podcast. I love all things classic, chic, and traditional and believe in intentional design. I’m a December 2023 bride and planned my dream Christmas-chic wedding! With more than 10 years of combined corporate and wedding event planning experience, I can't imagine spending my time doing just about anything else — let's get planning, shall we?
Our Process

Congratulations on your engagement! Please complete our inquiry form to reach out to Events by Madeleine with some key details. We will follow up via email with our availability, some additional information, and a link to schedule an introductory call!

On our introductory call, we will tell you a little more about our team, chat about your dreams and vision for the big day, and more. We may (definitely will) ask to hear about your love story!

We'll make it official and lock in your date with a signed contract and a deposit. After that, we will send you the custom digital planning files, and then we are ready to start planning your day!

After we send over those digital files, we will schedule an initial planning call to talk through your timeline. Closer the wedding day, we’ll schedule 60-day and 30-day meetings, work with your vendors to embrace your vision, and we'll never look back. We’ll work with you to master all of the details!
